However, the older I get, I am tending to read more and more nonfiction.As someone who eats clean and works out/ lifts weights almost daily, this was an interesting read. I am always looking for ways to improve............not necessarily ways to diet, but ways to be healthier. And Your Body is a great book for that. I know a lot, and it still taught me things I didn't know.If you are into health and fitness, nonfiction, and/or just taking care of your body...........this book is definitely for you!

The first few chapters read like a textbook; however, it’s only because you are learning everything about your body, your food, and how the two work together. Ryan Wood M.D. gives readers a thorough look at the best way to improve their health; I would call this more of a reference manual, than a book. Your Body includes exercise techniques, food choices, and delicious recipes. Seriously, there’s even a Peanut Butter Pie recipe! I loved this book and give it a huge 4.5 Boundless Stars! ...Beth

It is full of important information, but it is written in a way that makes it simple to understand. I would recommend it to everyone who is concerned about staying healthy, whether you are wanting to diet or not.**I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
