Someone just copied some of his mom's recipes (and didn't even copy them correctly.) The recipes call for white flour and fried chicken. The recipes are not South Beach Diet recipes and they are not even copied correctly. You will not lose weight using this book!!! Please do not buy it!! The book is poorly written and is about as big as a tiny brochure. It looks like it was printed on a home printer. Buy one of the traditional South Beach Diet cookbooks. You will actually lose weight by following the plan. I am sending this book back tomorrow and I expect a full refund.
