6 of 7 people found the following review helpful. Good information in very poor publisher's package By Mr. F. Waters This is not so much a content review as it is an important notification to potential purchasers of the poor packaging of the Kessinger Publishing version of this book. The Kessinger Publishing version is blurry; it even pre-warns readers that pages may be missing; and almost half of every presented page is white space (the image-copied book pages are far smaller than the Kessinger pages). It seems that the Kessinger Publishing version is a very-nicely-hardbound photocopy including the image-copied original's marks, imperfections, and underlining.I cannot comment on any other publisher's version of this book. It is hoped that they have done a far better job of preserving and providing what seems very useful information. If the Kessinger approach were the only way of preserving this important information I would applaud their approach; however, today it is possible to do a lot more than merely image copy an old book. Again, I hope the other publishers offering this work have done far more than Kessinger Publishing. In case Kessinger have since updated their version packaging, I will note that I purchased the copy on which I am commenting on the July 25, 2009 via Amazon.com.Rating update: Information 5 stars, Packaging 1 star. I am sad that I had to average the whole (information and packaging) to 3 stars.
