Diverse compilation of essential oils and recipes By Jemmy LI Its a very diverse compilation of essential oils that I cannot usually find in the internet. Good to see a lot of good stuffs from this book, from my discovery of Neroli which i can recommend to my pregnant friends and family members: I just found out about this and I hoped i had this information 2 years ago when i had mild postpartum depression. The recipes covered in this book were very unique and helpful. havent tried all of it but I'm quite sure i can have it one by one. Exciting!

It was interesting to learn the history on essential oil uses. Had no idea they had been around so long. Book delivers with 30 recipes that give you precise directions on what to mix and add. Looking forward to trying out the facial scrub with oats and the pet odor control spray (very useful when you have 2 large dogs!). Quick read that will have you running to the store to get your favorite oils.

It covers all aspects of using essential oils safely and effectively. The author includes quite a few recipes for making different blends for a variety of different uses Love the whole content of the book. From its cover to its formatting, for me its perfect. Great work Sally. This is one of the best book I've read on essential oils. Thanks for sharing
