It seems to be an under rated option though it is highly effective for increasing endurance and strengthening muscles. This book is a fabulous beginner's guide to using walking as a form of exercise with the goal of weight loss in mind. The beginning highlights the various benefits to physical and mental health. This portion is all about motivation. Many fitness books skip straight to the process without taking time to encourage the reader to continue. Every weight loss journey has its hardships. The fact that the author took time to provide reasons for starting a walking routine speaks volumes to me about their genuine interest in the reader's improved health. The one suggestion that I'd have for any future edits or additions would be to add a section that covers what to look for in a walking injury. Though walking is a low impact exercise, when someone is starting from a sedentary lifestyle they may not be as able to correctly identify a true injury versus general soreness after a walk. I think this information would add value to the reader's experience.Overall I would definitely recommend this book for anyone that has wondered how to incorporate walking into their lives for weight loss.

By Adrian Chan I recently purchased this book and thought I'd start by taking the time to understand the importance of exercise and the benefits it has to offer.Inside Walking for weight loss, I realized that after I had walked for 30m, I sat in front of the desktop and I worked for much longer than usual and found that my thinking was much clearer. The book also recommended tips on how to counter Alzheimer's disease which I wanted to avoid as I'm heading towards my 40's and that a lot of people end up with so, I thought there were a lot of key benefits inside the book that outlined specific reasons as to why it is important to walk as apart of your daily routine. This book made me aware of things that I never knew could affect me health wise. There are tips and tricks in this book that will enable you to promote healthy living and after I read this book, I honestly feel much more alert implementing the routines outlined inside walking for weight loss.Take action I say!

But trying a lot of diet plans and exercises I became tired. Then one of my friends suggested buying this book. At first I did not think it will work greatly. But really it amazed me tremendously. This book has details information on walking. You will learn everything about this topic such as how it works, lots of benefits which you can’t think without reading this. It has also excellent instructions to start this walking journey for losing your weight. I found it very helpful. Thanks to the author for giving such a nice book.
