I commend the author for coming up with a book that does not only discusses different strategies and techniques on how to lose weight but also tackles the most important aspect of losing weight, that is, being motivated, not for a short time but for a longer period of time. This book will also surely give the motivation needed by someone who are having issues with their bodies, not only that, it also provides a boost in their self-confidence that they can achieve their weight loss goals and eventually stay fit for the rest of their lives. I love the conciseness and shortness of the book, as many people would say, less is better. This way, it is easier for people to understand and inculcate in their minds the message and lessons found in the book. I’m sure that everyone will have a good time reading this book.

By Natasha Begue If you haven't been raised with proper healthy eating and working out routines (which most people sadly aren't, me included), then you know the importance of being motivated and staying on track while changing your eating and exercising habits. There will be times when it seems the whole process is easier and there will also be times when you feel like giving up altogether. I had read once that motivation is like bathing, it doesn't last forever, that's why it is recommended daily. So true. It's one of these times and I grabbed this book to get me motivated and back on track. I totally enjoyed it and would highly recommended!

Highly recommended By Mike I have come across several of these tips before, but I still learned quite a bit by reading "Weight Loss Motivation.: I have always found that once you have the motivation to do something it becomes easy. I have struggled with my weight in the past. It is never losing the weight, but always keeping it off that I have a problem with. I think that the information presented in this book will help me overcome that. I highly recommend this book if you are needing to drop some weight, and have had difficulty doing so in the past.
