In the beginning, it was difficult to find foods in the store to purchase for our diet but this is becoming easier as this lifestyle becomes more popular. The recipes that we started cooking were getting a bit old so I picked up this gluten-free cookbook by author Jamie Stewart and it has opened up a whole new world for us. We no longer feel limited and are enjoying the foods again that we thought were gone from our diet for good. We have been making things like french toast, pasta dishes, and roast dinners. All recipes in this cookbook are very well explained and easy to make. Can't recommend this one enough as it is now our go-to recipe book.

Good but could do with some pictures By Lucidity My partner has always been particular to the gluten-free lifestyle, and although I'll never been too much of a fan (I love my grain-based foods too much), I decided to get this to help cater to her needs more when I cook for dinner. Anyway, at first I was expecting the ingredients for most of the recipes to be hard to find because we don't have many organic or healthy food type stores where I live, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the term 'gluten-free' isn't as extreme as I thought, and many of the recipes in this book can easily be put together and even experimented with - which is especially good for me as I always love to add my own unique twist to any kind of recipes.I'd recommend the book - I read it through my Kindle Fire and the formatting is excellent, I just think that some of the bigger recipes would have benefited from pictures.

I have read quite a few books on healthy eating and living and how to make easy yet delicious recipes to achieve it. I never really understood why Gluten is so detrimental to my health, I knew that you should decrease your intake of it but never really knew the ins-and-outs of it. Jamie Stewart clearly discuss and offers well researched information on what Gluten is and why it is so detrimental to your health as it affects disease development. Not only did I find some interesting meals that I can add to my diet plan, but i've also gathered a great insight into the positives of a gluten free diet. I will not be going strictly gluten free, but this book proved an ideal source for useful information.AWESOME...
