    4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. A Must Read!! By W.Longman I am happy that this book is not one that fools me into thinking that rapid weight loss is just a walk in the park. As a woman over 50 I have had enough off all of the little misleading lies that have been peddling around about rapid fat loss. This book gives raw hard facts and yes exercise is needed thanks for telling me the truth. What I particularly enjoyed about this book is the fact that it really gave details and didn’t just skim the surface. I feel like I am really in a better position and in more control of my weight loss process.Normally I would starve myself for two days then consume so much food on the other days but it just frustrates me. But looking at the program laid out in this book really made me feel like I can give my metabolism a boost and lose this weight.

By Mana G The book is as follows:-Carb cycling breakdown 101-breakdown of those fancy diet terms and facts so that the average Joe can understand them-How those fancy diet terms (That you now understand!) apply to you-How to use those fancy diet terms to your advantage-Fancy diet stuff put into a weekly workout and food plan (with recipes) for your to enjoy at your leisureThis book is well planned and the author obviously knows what s/he is talking about. Everything is stated in simple terms and in such a way that I am not overwhelmed- I appreciated the thought and detail put into it. My roommate and I have started this diet (with the plan provided) so we'll be posting back here with the results over time. We're excited and willing!

Carb cycling - An actionable 28day diet for women By Luis I started to find online first with this carb cycling type of diet system tips or some advice, but i haven't see any worth doing. So i search here in amazon just to try, and when i choose this book by Jamie Sandulf i started to plan each day to worked to each plan she made. And thanks god, right now I've seen some slight difference, although it's not noticeable yet i think (co'z i'm just starting out), but if i continue doing this i think i could make such a good result. It's an actionable step by step book!..tnx i found it.I wanted to also say thanks to the author Jamie Sandulf.
