By Amazon Customer In everyday conversation, depression is associated with temporary feelings of sadness or dejection, but the truth is that depression is much more profound than that. Depression is such a stage a person who actually is in depression, doesn't know when he is going through one. The author starts with making us understand what is depression and the only method to cure- mind. The focus of the book is to provide alternative solutions for overcoming depression without having to resort to prescription drugs and endure their side effects. I have suffered from depressed for a long time, and I am always looking for new ways to cope with my depression. I have read other books on depression but this one is the only one that is actually making a noticeable and positive change in my life. I really hope this book is widely read and many people benefit from it.This book is worth sharing and I will surely recommend this to my family and friends.

Many top actors and singers have taken their own lives due to depression. People who suffer from depression just want to get rid of it. But to get rid of a disorder, we have to first know what we are dealing with. Everyone knows the common emotional symptoms of depression, but did you know that there’s a physical chemical imbalance within the brain that triggers these emotions? But the great news is that depression can be absolutely gone with. The cure does not require a doctor, or any other professional, but instead is within us. I recommend this read to anyone interested on the topic of depression.

A lot of practical advice but when read altogether makes for a powerful therapy trip By Workaholic Renee I get pretty depressed at times but would often chalk it up to natural happenings. Never really bothered to analyze deep and figure out what exactly is wrong. I'm so busy with work anyway. But this book encouraged me to take even my short bursts of depression more seriously. It does a great job in explaining the possible causes of depression, dangers of being depressed and some clever solutions. It is well laid out, easy to read, has some uplifting pictures and is polished very well.
