Very useful book set By Yvonne Pinkney WEIGHT LOSS DIET, TIPS & TRAINING Helped me to make some simple changes in my lifestyle that was very effective as I lost many pounds in a few weeks. I knew about the foods I should avoid, good habits and bad habits for weight loss. what I basically got from this book were the delicious diet recipes. I also liked the testimonials in the book as they are encouraging and inspiring. The second book DELICIOUS JUICING RECIPES is a perfect addition to this collection because juices helps keep energy up when on diet. I loved Apple Green Detoxification, and Yellow Pepper Apple Juice (thought wouldn't like it but surprisingly nice). Finally the collection is completed by the third book “20 DIET RECIPES TO LOSE WEIGHT” which helped me to pick the best diet for me.

The problem is most diets suggest radical changes from usual dietary habits, and as a result, dieters only last a few weeks to months before throwing in the towel and returning to their old eating habits.This book, on the other hand, has helped me lose weight and continue to motivate me to live a healthy lifestyle. It helped me lose weight and have the figure I dreamed. I recommend it to all women who want to lose weight, I hope my experience you serve something soon and move do not give up you can lose weight.

It covers all the different types of diets in the 3rd book that you could ever think of doing, although these are primarily meant for women anyone can undertake these diets, it will help you to decide which is the best diet for you to do. I personally enjoyed the juicing book the best as I really enjoy drinking different juices as a way of detoxing and found the recipes within it really good. I would definitely recommend getting this book collection if you are thinking of dieting although it is good for any healthy eating plan.
