About the Author Brian Adams is a professor of Environmental Science and co-chair of the Science Department at Greenfield Community College in western Massachusetts where he has taught for the last 20 years. Brian is active in the climate change movement on and off campus. He has authored numerous health related brochures distributed nationally by ETR Associates. For his first novel, he drew heavily on his experiences teaching and working with students. Brian lives with his wife in Northampton, Massachusetts.

By Stacey Swift When you think you have gotten enough sleep already but still feeling sleepy or still stressed after waking up, then there must be something wrong. This is the thing that I want to be clarified. What am I doing wrong while sleeping? How do I use sleeping to keep me away from stress?Well, this book has helped me clear things out. It educated me on how to sleep better and feel amazing afterwards. I was particularly cleared on how to not snore. I heard that snoring is a sign of stress. Almost everyone including myself claims we don't snore. But, we actually do. As the book says, snoring is not restricted to men and that 20% of women snore, too. Quite realistic indeed. What I appreciate from Brian is that he gave also tips on how to reduce the likelihood of snoring which is beneficial to a lot of people. I learned that to do so one should not sleep his/back and should try to lose a little weight. There are so many ways to address snoring and new therapies for snoring are being developed every day. Quite interesting read, indeed.Thank you, Brian, for sharing what you know about sleep. This is very beneficial to many readers because many also experience problems they may not know while sleeping. I hope to read more from you, Brian.

I use to wake up 2-3 times during my sleep and then was not able to sleep again. Insomnia is the worst thing if one has to face and results in low memory and one cannot feel fresh in the morning and not able to work actively. This guide is an excellent solution for all those who are facing the same and its a step by step guide explaining all the reasons for insomnia. A proper sleep is one of the main sources of energy to the body and lack of it can be a cause of big diseases and body aches.It is said that the body never sleeps but it is the mind that sleeps. Meditation and yoga are the best medications for this problem. Exercises like cycling, swimming etc are also helpful as the body gets tired and then one can have a sound sleep.

If one doesn't sleep well, he/she can't do any activity during the day and will be irritable and feel like a rock. I was suffering from the same from the past one week and was searching for a guide like this. I have changed my schedule from the past one week and can see a big shift in my energy and now I am able to sleep well. Yoga, meditation and some breathing exercises explained in this guide worked for me and I have also learnt that regretting for the past and anxious about the future are the only reasons for a stressed life and if one just become aware of one's own mind for few minutes in a day then one can have a peaceful night.I recommend this guide to all from my side!
