When I found this book I was skeptical, but it didn't disappoint! I love the idea of losing weight without starving or excersizing all day and this book is the key. It is simple and straight forward and really works! I love the extra tips and it even includes a great meal plan! It's more than just a fad it's a key to a great healthy lifestyle. Everyone needs to read this!

The topics was brief and straight to the point no too much long explanations and very easy to understand. I like the first part about the diet myths it really educates about how to prevent those misconceptions. Also it's great to know how to have a positive outlook on your goal on losing weight and having the right attitude towards it. It is also good to know that losing weight slowly is much safer than having a fast way of losing weight and thanks for explaining why it is good to loose weight for a healthier skin, hair and less fatigue.A certain must read plus a great recommendation to all or any, fitness lovers and almost all.
