About the Author Chad Napier is a successful Business, Financial & Health Coach, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, & Philanthropist. At a very young age of (9), Chad saw the movie “The Karate Kid,” and was interested in pursuing martial arts lessons. He studied Tae Kwon Do and in his mid-teens started to study Kwan Mu Kan, a Shotokan style of the martial arts. Also, within his mid-teens, Chad and his family opened and ran a successful martial arts school in Ohio. Chad was a member of the United States of America Karate Federation (USAKF). Where Chad trained & competed professionally in Martial Arts, Competing in Open-tournaments, Regionals, Nationals, and the Pan-Am Games. Chad was training for the Olympic Team but chose to retire from competition to focus on graduating college with a BS in Dietetics/Nutrition. Chad became more intrigued as a Fitness & Health Advocate and worked in several hospitals as a business manager within the Food & Nutrition Department. A few years after college, Chad decided to move and reside in Los Angeles, California, where he expanded his business knowledge and background within the field of Finance. Although, this seems to many as a huge shift in his career, Chad viewed it has financial health. The Executive Vice Chairman of the company soon mentored Chad and his knowledge expanded, as a Peak Performer and Chad soon became a Business & Financial Coach/Consultant for the Company. To this day, Chad has been mentored by some of the top experts in Peak Performance, such as Blair Singer, Anthony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Cynthia Kersey, John C. Maxwell, Steve Fiebold, Marcus Buckingham, Rick Pitino, John Shin & Robert Kiyosaki.

He shares his journey. This book is a very inspiring read that will motivate you to also start drinking more smoothies and other foods that will make you healthier, stronger & simply feel better!
