I love the step by step process making sure that you are lifting properly. They hammer home the pillars are strength (form, tension, breathing) and make sure you know how important they are to being strong. If you want to dabble in powerlifting at all, I definitely recommend this book before you get started. This is a worth recommending book!

I liked how James pointed out the how easy injury's come when using bad form. He walks you through the benefits of dead lifting to start. After that speaks of many different exercises and most importantly how to perform them safely. The pictures inserted throughout are great and really help with finding the safest way to grip for the lifts.
