I know it is impossible to change the ways a person is used to in just 21 days but this book made it seem so easy on how to integrate more activities into our daily lives. It has neatly outlined everything that you need to do in order to jump-start yourself to become a better person. There is a list of easy and practical ways on how to loose a bit to have that peace of mind you are always looking for and also a list of challenges you can do to attain that positive change to make us stronger. Very inspiring!

By SABRINA H Since I was a kid I am struggling with self confidence and self trust.I have been reading some self help books and I think I need more advise for it.And my friend tell me about this 21 day Challenges books and I think this is a great source of gaining self confidence.And I also checked the author's biography and that adds my interest to read this book.The cover of the book also captivating and interesting.Love this book.

By Chris Weidman This is a very useful book for people who want to step up and start doing some changes in their life. Those are things most of the people know but they just don't do it. This is a great way of starting to challenge yourself and somehow test your limits. After you will read this book you will gain a new perspective about how are you living your life and how you should do it.
