The workouts are classified as follow: ABS&CORE, HIGH-BURN, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, MICROThere's always one to fit your mood, schedule or goal. I go on Darebee a lot but to have a book is more convenient for me, I can chose more easily the workout I need.

This book is great for those that like having physical copies. But the Darebee site and community in my opinion has a lot more.In terms of the workouts, they are great for all levels and very clear with descriptions and pictures of muscles and exercises. I highly recommend this book and Darebee in general for anyone.

She does plans out tough workouts and good clean graphics to describe them. I will be referencing these workouts while I'm on a business trip. Thank you Neila.
