The hardest part is knowing how and why you should let go. The author did a wonderful job on not just letting you know why you behave on a certain way during the process but also how you can overcome the situation. She did a great job giving ideas on how a person can cope up during the process. These are the things that most people would ask especially that this is a situation wherein you focus on what you feel and not on the things you have to do. She acknowledged the challenges within the process which some people do not understand. This book is worth reading and sharing. I'm sure everyone would find this relative to their lives.

I feel so very lucky that I have come across this book. This book has it all from understanding oneself to understanding the others. It ultimately gives you what you need. While reading, I allowed myself to go with what I am feeling and have been feeling for some time triggering my most difficult emotions that have been still lurking around. Her processes for letting go was clear and what I would like - detailed and written as step by step. The instructions were simple yet potentially very powerful. I am impressed after reading, the effect was so immediate that I felt so light, happier, and better, getting back my old self of who I’m truly are. Thank you Brittany for that fresh outlook in life!

Good advice about self development By Jessa This shares an insight which is very useful to all of us especially people who are having a hard time to let go of there past and cannot able to move on because of the incident happened to them.I like the quotes that shared in this book " “If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace.” ~ Ajahn Chah- This quote are very touching and direct to the point. Yes that's the only thing that will make you happy and have a peace of mind if you let go, it will give you happiness that you are looking for.
