It gave high altitude overview but yet lots of actionable detail and suggestions. Felt like Michael, the author, really owned this information but also gave me the vibe that he has a great demeanor, patient to explain and very encouraging. I live in Atlanta, but if I lived near him, I would be asking him if he had room for another training/coaching client.
