I find the tips on how to have a good sleep helpful By Winston Brekard I have been in graveyard shifts for almost 4 years now; I can't really relate with the feeling of waking up early morning with plenty of sleep. But, I find the tips on how to have a good sleep helpful. This was still a good read though, most of this is about having a great mindset every time you go to sleep and waking up. This is like guiding you to the road for self discipline. Bottom line is that this is one of those books who guarantees positive vibes to the reader.

Simple Guide Focused on Your Success By Amazon Customer I have read plenty of biographies of famous people like Tony Robbins, Richard Branson and Oprah all have routines of some sort. Sometimes eccentric, there is a reason for have long morning, afternoon or night routines.Whether they are mantras or just exercise, Paul discusses not just what you should do but how you can keep consistent in sticking with your new morning routines.A great read for someone ho is keen to make a change in their life!

Every point made absolute sense and I've already implemented some of them into my morning routine. The chapter on exercise/energy was my favourite as I've always been too low on energy in the mornings to exercise, meaning I have low energy for most of the day. Im already seeing results and feel more positive and energised every morning! 5 stars what a great book!
