I particularly favoured the yoga book as I have just started to do this type of exercise and have found it to be very beneficial so far. It explains a lot of useful information about Yoga and how this can help to relieve stress fro your life. There are some really easy to follow exercises in both books and some good illustrations to help explain how to do them. I found this to be a useful reference guide and will help me to carry on practicing Yoga.

Yoga and crossfit exercises have so many health benefits and it should be enjoyed by everyone. This is a great book that points out exactly why men should do yoga and crossfit, and how they can increase a one's quality of life. This is such a great guide!
