Acid Reflux can be extremely painful digestive disorder. This diet will help you solve your problem. It is very well written and contains lots of great information. I highly recommend it if you have Acid Reflux. If you have acid reflux, you need to read this book. The author goes in depth on the causes and solutions of acid reflux. The author explains the difference between pharmaceutical treatment and holistic treatments and possible side effects of both.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Meals are also very delicious! By Spaghettisaurus Rex Ugh if there are two things I seriously hate, it is GERD and heartburn. Thankfully I don't that right now but the recipes in this book were intriguing. Found them quite fancy. Prepped up some spaghetti squash with basil and it was better than I expected! Even the desserts were good. Time will tell if I get an acid reflux (let's hope not) so I can see if these meals really help. But for now, I like this recipe book simply because I like the meals.

In the first chapter, the book said to avoid 4 of the 12 ingredients onions, tomatoes, lemons and garlic. In the third chapter and beyond in some of those recipes he said to put onions, lemons, tomatoes, and garlic. I know some people it would affect them tremendously if they eat those ingredients including myself. Very misleading book.
