I am new with meditation and learning different meditation techniques for now. On my search I found this book which I found informative and helpful guide. I am happy that this book has focused on relieving stress as I also have to go through stress every day and could not calm my mind and have a good sleep. All chapters are helpful and informative with good brief on meditation and different techniques which are effective and working great for me. I would recommend this book to all who want to get relief from stress, have good sleep or want to have a happy life through meditation.

The benefits of performing yoga was simply the best. This book will help you and guide you to your journey of medition. It has a step by step guide in performing each activity. It covers on where you can medidate, when you should meditate, how to meditate and pose required to do. I find this book really helpful most eapecially to all beginners.

Highly recommended Primer on TM By Rochelle Ames TM has been a hobby of mine for about 2 years and I always enjoy reading up on others interpretations of this meditation methodology. Right provides a great framework for beginners to start experiencing the benefits of daily meditation.
