This book has been an excellent re-set! After only a week of eating superfoods I feel so much better. I like that all your books are on kindle unlimited, I've downloaded most of them and can choose the ones I want to buy. I also like that the recipes are simple, I can make most of them from things I already have in my kitchen or can easily buy in my small town grocery.
