She states in the introduction how many years she's been working with nut butters and it shows. Good information that is presented in clear language. Any "jargon" has the meaning in parentheses after the word. She provides factual information on the properties of Nilotica Shea Butter, but states she has no degrees in chemistry or any related field. She doesn't have to rely on exclamation points at the end of every other sentence to get her readers exited about the subject. Her enthusiasm comes through in her writing. I plan on reading other of her books, purchasing and using Nilotica Shea Butter when my financial situation improves. Thanks again, Lisa!
