This book points out low sodium intake, explaining that reducing sodium and increasing potassium helps in losing weight. Great to know about this thing because my idea of Dash is simply losing weight. I also find the recipes in this book are pretty wholesome, can be eaten my anyone, even kids will love them ranging from smoothies to omelette to frittata to pizza to oatmeal bars and many more. I like the Chocolate Covered Banana Quinoa and the Easy Breakfast Bruschetta.
