When we practice mindfulness we improve both mental and physical health. This book is a great guide about mindfulness because it will give us ideas on how we can maintain our mindfulness throughout all the activities of our life. I learned here the different mediation exercises that are easy to followed and implemented. I also learned on how to become stress free and get rid of all the negative thoughts. Good job! Fantastic book!

I guess that the reason is having no energy for enjoying the life itself. To give free time for meditation or just concentration on an element is so easy for us. We don't respect such ways to heal our life. We are used to think that everything is complicated, dirty and we must fight for better life. Actually, it is not true. I guess such thoughts exist in our minds because of long-time anxiety, fear etc. Have read this book I understood that the most complicated tangled problems must be solved with simple methods like control the breathing, concentration on the natural elements, control on the listening to some sounds. I feel that it is the best "happy" ways to fight the anxiety and stress completely!

Becoming more mindful By Iben Cruz It's all about in your mind, how you really think and percieve the world you live in and life you choose to live will greatly affect your quality of life. We all have responsibilities, and as we go to our day to day lives, we oftentimes get consumed by it. We tend to forget other details that are also important to our lives. This book will help to remind you to have a look on your day to day experience and become more aware of it. It will teach you all about what being mindfulness means and shows you how you can improve your lot in life.The exercises that are mentioned in this book are quite simple and can easily do it on your daily routine. I've tried the eating exercise mentioned in this book and I must say that although it's a bit dragging at first, you'll find and appreciate more of the food and flavor of what you eat plus it's actually helping your digestion by doing this eating exercise.Just try it. Afterall, mindfullness centers around taking care of your health and body and you're the only one responsible for it. Enjoy reading this book, as I did.
