I appreciate this book is short (I hate longs book :) ) but, at the same time, explain methods, recepies and gives lifestyle advices. I hope author will improve the chapter about abits because, in my opinion, it's too short ;) . Anyway, really good book!

It really went into detail on the purpose of this diet and why it is not only a diet but a great lifestyle. Has really nice recipes that are both varied and nutritional. Has really triggered my interest in Paleo, quality book
