I've been around long enough to experience the personality and manifest it in the choices I have made in life; the way I look at projects I take on. Years ago, a co-worker told me that my ideas were five years ahead of our customers' awareness. Fortunately our designs were adaptable to their ideas, our size was not considered to be a disadvantage and my expectation management skills had time to develop with the support of the people who let me lead them.One aspect really stood out for me, the lack of interest in managing people, but the willingness to do so in order to avoid having to implement someone else's not so well thought out policies. I could find a nonthreatening way to explain a situation and open up some better avenues to success.Another is the need to avoid burnout. Accept what comes and work within the constraints. Keep your eye on the possibilities, play the bank shots and look for serendipity in life. It's a game, not a job.
8 of 11 people found the following review helpful. Dont waste your money! By T. Terrell I don't usually write reviews although I am an avid reader but I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Upon ordering this book most would assume the content is exclusively related to infj, seeing as how the book is not free, but the title is misleading. I plowed through the info and then noticed at the bottom of my kindle reader that I had only read 10 percent, although I found myself at what I thought was the end of the book. So, I keep scrolling and find info on another mbti type and so I click on table of contents and see about five more chapters related to "minecraft"!!! WITW???? I feel cheated because the tiny bit of info about infj could easily be found on the internet, based on google search. Then, one contradiction is that author states infj don't like working with their hands but in the next paragraph say they are good as artists, interior design, other jobs that seem like they would involve "hands"! The format of the reading looks as if the author is truly trying to stretch what appears to be no more than about 10-15 pages of info with huge fonts for titles and subtitles that take up most of the page and triple spacing between paragraphs. I certainly was expecting more for three bucks, something original and insightful.

It covers many topics such as how to be friends with an INFJ, what they look for in relationships, what kind of parents they are, how they feel about work, and more. I give it 5 stars because it's well-written and packed with useful information.
