This book surely helps me in releasing all my stress away. Yoga not only helps in maintaining physical fitness, but it also in reducing stress and very profound in improving the mind and body. I’ve been practicing Yoga during my teenage years but I stopped when I decided to start a family. I really love how this book refreshes all my knowledge about Yoga.

I am considering now to include this skills into my regular workoutsbin some point. This book provides short guidance how to start with yoga.
