Healthy Gut Healthy Living By John Dave This book provides invaluable guide to healthy living and eating with pragmatic advice that can employ simple techniques to yield life-long benefits.I understand now why we need to eat slowly and chew our food well to absorb nutrients; and why after taking antibiotics we need to have probiotics like yogurt to balance the gut microbiota and improve the performance of our digestive system.I learnt that to improve my health,I need to have a healthy gut.

Informational Book By Eiji Tucker I once read about how important it is for babies to have a healthy gut and how formula milk contains all sorts of nutrients will help improve that. This book has all the information about maintaining that healthy gut (heck, some recipes too). After all, all those processed food ain't that healthy after all. But I guess no harm having one in a while. Nonetheless, it's an informational book.
