The pure context of the book is rather complicated to read at certain points given choppy sentence structure and slang terminology at some points, but the pro of this fact is that it is simple and to the point.The author has explained risks and challenges that may be faced from both the fitness plans as well as obesity and common issues such as high blood pressure. The explanations are thorough and seem well educated.The pages continue to explain how to calculate changes in BMI, and how to keep up with calorie needs versus intake. The charts provided are organized and easy to read, and many parts are linked with sources for additional reader research if desired. Action plans are highlighted for different scenarios and different lifestyles.Overall, compared to many other health and wellness books in this genre, I would highly recommend this one as a guide and for additional educational material regarding each given subject. The author clearly did a lot of research and gives many different options to different types of people and their given lifestyles based more so around healthy living as opposed to body-building. Overall, I would give this book 4 out of 5 stars.
