Edwards I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to take control of their own life, happiness and fitness. This book is packed with real life tips to help understand what holds us back and what ways we can accomplish whatever goal we set out to achieve. The emphasis on making gradual changes and moving toward long term goals is realistic and achievable. I think I would like this book in a print format because for me that is easier to outline, reread and reference than in an ebook but the printable worksheets at the end are very helpful.
