Actually, I can tell you that this workbook ISN'T for everyone. For those who find that logging their efforts keeps them more accountable though, this is a great solution for that. I've received numerous thank you emails describing how useful the tracker has been to their weight loss journey this far, despite prior failed attempts. Part of the reason this may be is that I went through my own weight loss journey with hCG, so I know the needs of an hCGer. Oh and me?I've maintained my own weight loss from the hCG diet with hCG injections for almost 3 years, without eating low carb to boot, going from obese to the body fat percent of an athlete. Whether this information carries weight is entirely up to your perspective.

I just purchased the refill workbook for when I do round two. I admit I was anxious to see it! I love that Rayzell shares her story out of a desire to help others succeed. Her virtual guidance through the workbook and her web site helped me tremendously. In six weeks I lost 23 pounds and over 20 inches! I highly recommend the complete workbook if this is your first round or this refill if it's your second or more round.

By Sandra Frazier Just a little disappointed.....Was really hoping to keep the 9 week time frame!!!!....( not much of a deal $$ for 6 weeks monitoring!!....)......Is there a workbook #3 coming for Phase 3...????......Don't know if I will use this one...but have bought (3) of the original workbooks!!!!!!...I LOVE you and your work for our HCG community!!!!!!...Wishing you all good things.....
