Why choose when you can get the best of them by following the South Beach diet? I like it when a dieting book contains not only major directions, but recipes too. This book is no exception and each recipe is written for one of the three stages of the diet.Minor pet peeves: the author didn't explain what the DASH diet stands for - I googled it, found out it stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, but still preferred to be explained in the book. No recipe contains nutritional data, but that was not a major issue to me.

This dieting plan is unique and it is much different from many other similar. I really enjoyed those meals.

The recipes are nothing you couldn't find with a quick web search. The actual South a Beach Diet book is very good.
