That’s not a concept people in chronic pain take lightly. I should know; I was one of them. But after experiencing years of chronic joint pain and a lifetime of emotional instability, I am now 100% free of pain and opiates and have come to enjoy the serenity of a quiet mind. This, thanks to having completed Dr. Peter Przekop’s program for chronic pain, which is detailed in his newly released book, “Conquer Chronic Pain.” I am just one among hundreds of patients Dr. Przekop has treated as director of pain management at the renowned Betty Ford Center, and now he has made his innovative mind-body approach accessible to everyone willing to commit to their own healing.“Conquer Chronic Pain” is a fascinating read for anyone interested in learning more about how the brain functions and a process called neuroplasticity (the brain’s capacity to change itself), the connection between the mind (three minds), body, and spirit, and the long-term effects of opiates on the whole body when used for chronic pain. Real chronic pain relief without painkillers or surgery By oneofthosethings If you're looking for relief from chronic pain and you don't want to take painkillers or have surgery, read this book! Dr. Przekop's methods for relieving and many times eliminating chronic pain are researched, tested, proven and you can do them on your own for the most part. I've given this book to four people in my family and all have found relief on some level. I recommend this book for anyone who has chronic pain and every healthcare practitioner!
