This book skips the hype, skips the fads and sticks to the basics.It helps runners understand why bad form can be so detrimental to progress and inhibit the goals of helping someone to run faster, run longer or run without pain.All in all the book was a great buy for me and I recommend it to anyone looking to simplify the procedure of learning to run and getting a better understanding of running form. I'm yet to finish reading the book but I already like it so much that I wanted to share my thoughts.But I will read this till the end and that's for sure.. Highly recommend for beginners

I must be in really bad shape, because I was out of breath after running less than 1 block. I watched a few videos on YouTube, but it didn't really offer any solutions. I came across this book, it gave me the basics on proper breathing, pacing, nutrition and step by step guidelines into building up my stamina. Plus, it explains how interval training and rest periods help you burn more calories and fat. This is a great book for beginners like me. Thumbs up!

By Sheree Lane I always thought you just can run any way and any how you want. This book gives me sufficient and important ideas on how to start my own running routine. I have learned some running techniques, fat-blasting runs, techniques to help my body build endurance as well as the different potential pitfalls to avoid. It helps the readers maximize all the benefits running can provide for a healthy body and active lifestyle. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to stay in shape and stay healthy.
