My family kept promoting meat eating since ‘the dawn of time’ and we always used to eat meat throughout the day. At some point I saw that I was getting fat and I wanted to lose this fat. And nothing what I did (even restricting calories) worked. I used to go on crash diets, track my calories etc. but nothing worked. Then I understood that I needed to change my lifestyle so I tried to go vegan. It was hard at first, but this book helped me by providing me with some awesome recipes. If you are considering to go vegan or you already are vegan and want to discover some awesome recipes, get this book.

This is helpful especially to the reader who wants to get a deeper knowledge on it. There was also new information about veganism that I only knew from this book.Meal Diary and Diet Plan are very helpful for people who want to start a Lean Vegan Work-Out Diet. This allows the beginner to not be overwhelmed with the changes of his/her lifestyle.Vegan Recipes are also included in the book from soup to dessert. The recipes are simple, time saver, and easy to make. It could have been helpful if there were also photos included for every recipe to entice the reader.The questions are very helpful in guiding you. You get to ask yourself questions to determine what you really need for the diet. Great information on how to lose weight in a good way and get in shape as well. Another good thing about the book is that there are also exercises from beginner to semi-pro routine. It is more than an exercise and diet book. It helps you change your lifestyle. If you go on veganism, not only you help your body to get healthy but you also help save animals. Enjoy a diet that is lean, easy, and compassionate.This is for anyone who is interested in a healthier body or one who just wants to cook healthier. A huge thanks to the author for writing this. I might just try this lifestyle thanks to this book.

By Neville Patil When I was still in high school, we recited a declamation entitled "Vegan Poem", which tackles about people should be vegetarians. But this poem focuses on the rights of the animals, but when I found out about the health benefits of being a vegetarian, I was really interested. There are a lot of diet books and losing weight, but I guarantee you that there is no better diet than eating vegetables and fruits. There are a lot of side effects of eating meat, but have you heard a side effect or disadvantage of eating vegies? So I have decided, I will be a vegetarian and looked for a really good book to help me thought it found this book. I am just in my 1st week now and I can say I am doing great with it. There a lot of easy made recipes, and of course super healthy and delicious! Every meal of the day, even snacks, smoothies and desserts. The result is really evident in me, just last friday, we had a get together, and my friends told me that I am looking radiant, and that is due to my new found nutritionist, this book. Great job!
