By Jean S Lately I feel more heaviness in my body, that unpleasant feeling is not so good signal. Well, age changes are not always in our favor. This book has become my fitness consultant for few weeks. I got useful information in short form along with a fresh breeze of motivation , that I need a lot. The advice on things to do and avoid is very effective and I try to follow it daily. I feel the changes, once I got into short yoga sessions and some activities in the day time as a mix with my daily routine. Thanks a lot.

She has gained weight and not as active as she once was! I understand the need for her fitness more than ever and felt like motivating her. Having read this book I found the 20 benefits of fitness very encouraging and the myths about aging seemed comforting to my Mom. Different kinds of fitness methods gave us lot of options to choose from. Hoping to see Mom exercising again!
