This book delves on the important issues on sticking to a program which can really help you lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. After reading this I understood that weight watchers knows the secrets for pairing good nutrition with great taste. Every single recipe works like a charm and tastes great! The recipes are healthful, quick and easy recipes that will help you put food on the table in thirty minutes or less. I found this very helpful as it relies on fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and seafood, and whole grains to create tasty, satisfying dishes to fit your busy lifestyle.Recommended.

When searching for weight watchers recipes the majority I have uncovered in the past may have fit the bill in terms of being low calorie however they tasted so bland and atrocious! These recipes, on the other hand are enjoyable to eat and it's nice to know I'm reaching my goals at the same time.Well done, Savanna Peters!However, I gave 4 stars because I would like to suggest that pictures of each recipe should be included in order for us, readers, to at least picture out the output.
