This is one the perfect health guides that I have ever read. This book surely helps us to understand how to achieve the optimal health level by following some simple guidance. Author discusses how some diets are affecting your health. Also, detailed description is given how vegetables, nuts, seeds and animal foods affects our body. I am sure that I have not read such an informative book like this on health before. It is really worth reading.

By plgoldsmith Excellent book that takes you through the author's history of different health issues, to becoming well versed in solutions, applying those solutions to himself, and then applying that knowledge to help others. I found the writing to be engaging and well written and yet the most complex subjects were made to be understandable. Highly recommended if you are on a journey of finding wellness.
