By Brenda Peryea This is a short, practical guide to weight loss. What I really like is that it isn't full of sales pitches and gimmicks. It is just good advice.It's awesome that it is short. Getting in shape can't happen if you're reading a 200-page book. Most health books are 200 pages that could be 20. Michele's book is to the point.I wanted a book to help me stay focused for the new year. This is the book. Thanks, Michele!
