Great book on the lazy way to lose weight By Ethan Powers If you want to lose weight but dread all the exercises and controlling diet, then this book is a must read.Here are 10 awesome tips you will instantly fall in love.The key about this book is that you do not need to make big changes to your current life style to begin losing weight.Some tips that I have adopted after reading this book are the diaphragmatic breathing, sniffing technique and the couch potato method.There is a section on an alternative method to lose weight too.Highly recommended if you want to lose weight or stay healthy.

This book will give you some useful tips on how you can insert simple exercises while watching TV. Simple and easy to follow guides on how and when to eat to maximize your weight loss. Laurie Armstrong also included some NEAT(Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) programs which Dr Jame Levine M.D. Ph.D developed, so that people can get up the couch and burn some caloeries. I recommend this book to people who wants to lose weight without too much effort and for people who are too busy and have no time for exercise but still want to lose weight.
