By Louis Fabian Weight Loss for Women Over 50 contains an essential subject: losing weight and getting shape at 50, that most of us never put too much attention to. Most books on losing weight focus on the younger ones. This book tackles weight loss and health related problems that women over 50 are experiencing and provides excellent solution to that, highlighting the importance of calorie control and daily workout to complement to the diet. Also provides great snack recipes along with the excellent 21 day transformation plan which is very practical and doable.

The grammar in some places were bad. But if you get pass those there are some useful information in the book. Though some are just practical and common sense there is still some idea in the book that was worth reading. The author needs to learn better English though to get the point across better.I liked the book because as a woman progressing in age though 50 is still a long ways away it is better to start early. And I can retrofit some of the advice given so all's well really.

Loosing weight at any age is difficult and it becomes even harder as we age. It seems as if out metabolism one day decides that it wants to slow down and even stop. We have to adjust to our slowing metabolism and that means eating healthier and off setting those calories one way or another. This book offers many options to help you shed those unwanted pounds and keep them off. It's really worth purchasing!
