The information in this is so clear - every chapter was like a lightbulb moment By Karol Oleksa I'm throwing away my other diet books after reading this one.The information in this is so clear - every chapter was like a lightbulb moment. I've already started implementing the information and I am starting to see some great results.I am quite scientifically minded, so this book's information really appealed to me- although, if you are not that way inclined, it is written in such as easy to understand manner that I think it appeals to all.It's a really nice feeling to be able to still eat some really tasty foods while still getting in shape for the summer. This is definitely a diet that I can stick to.

It's such a unique view on dieting, but it's backed up with so much research that I am hook, line and sinker. My friend already looks so much better and she is still eating some foods which no one would class as dieting foods, but it's working.This really is a hidden gem - I don't know why more people aren't talking about this. All other books I have read are more anecdotal and filled with obviously ridiculous statements. This one is factual and doesn't pander to the reader. It tells it like it is, gives some really novel options, and I like that a lot!

The book opened my eyes to so many things I have been doing wrong, and I feel a lot more sure of myself and ability to be successful in losing weight this time. I have already lost 10lb and haven't felt like I have been dieting at all. I don think I will need another diet book again after reading this, as it kind of summarises the reasons for the success behind any diet.Very recommended
