It's really important that you understand you chakra and there you can focus how you can change it. I love the consistency of the book. I enjoy reading it and I learned a lot from it. I'm really impressed!

We must know the energies that goes through our body. We need to know and understand Chakra in which it works like an energy center in our body where it is bonding the physical body with the outside energies and cosmic forces. Our body, mind, spirit and soul has different functions but they are all connected. There are different types of Chakras and different ways in using Chakra in religious traditions. Before we start to do these practice we must first find and learn the 7 energy centers and this book has explained very well the right guide for beginners to the 7 Chakras. We must find our inner peace, motivation and inspiration so that we will not blocked our energies in our Chakras. I shared this book to most of my friends already who has problems, feeling depressed and disappointed in their life. Such a good guide and good read! I have also followed them on their social media accounts to get more tips and guidance =)

I researched for a guide book for a beginner like me about chakra until I came up with this book. This book explained to me what chakras are and how they can be used. This book shows how chakras can affect my physical and psychological state. I learned how meditation can help me heal myself. I love all the chakras techniques in this book. I also learned what auras are and how to strengthen them. Applying all this will have a good output.
