OMG serving sizes are crazy. This plan has you making 8 serving of something you only eat once during the 2 weeks. Recipes that serve 2,3,5,4,6 &8. Insane about math! for any size family. Each of the 3 meals during the day has a different serving amount. The waste is unreal for this plan.I spend the better part of a day trying calculate just the calories. 1650-1700 is my best guess for day 1. Most of the recipes contain oil. Also British measuring spoons are larger then US. This e-book contained around 20-30% filler for another book and eating vegan.This plan had high reviews but if you notice nothing about favorite recipes, how easy/hard or how much weight they lost. There are better plans for free on the internet. Engine 2 (contains grocery list) and 3 fat chicks on a diet (vegan plan), I wanted something very easy with a grocery list for Dec. This is not it. I returned e-book, because it was just awful.

What I like in this book are the vegetables recipes that are simple step to cook yet delicious. It feels inspiring to read such informative healthy cook book. Well, I guess this one is not for myself but also for my family. I'm not into diet section but what important is healthy food.If you aren't vegetarian, now it's the perfect time to add some tasty in your life.
