About the Author Julianne E. McLaughlin is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and owns her own company; Whole New U Weight Loss and Nutrition Counseling. Julianne is also a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Spinning and Pilates. She has balanced her fitness credentials with her work as a Holistic Weight Loss, Nutrition and Health Counselor. Her firm belief is that fitness alone cannot change a person’s health: it needs to work hand in hand with nutrition and mental attitude. By Laura Anderson This is the one book you'll want to refer to again and again on your journey to better health. Each page has a manageable dose of advice and guidance I can carry throughout my day and build on day by day. It has given me the confidence to make the changes I need to without being overwhelmed. It's helping me apply the concept of "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" to my daily life.
