3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Just what I needed. By debbie price Two months ago I had a bit of a medical scare. That day I cut out all bad carbs and sugar. It was very hard but I've actually be able to make a life style change. I have gotten my blood sugar down to higher end of normal. But really haven't lost any weight after the init few pounds. From the information in this book I realized I eat way too much protein which is probably inhibiting my weight loss. This book gives easy to understand steps to success. I can't wait to try the receipes included!

I learned that this diet requires your body to adopt to a few changes. Likewise the style of writing was easy to understand and precise. This guide serves as an excellent orientation when taking the right path to losing weight healthily with creative recipes and a diverse list of options to choose the best alternative. The author did a great job.
