Our society is almost designed to lower mens testosterone. This book goes over the inner and outer game of naturally raising your testosterone. From meditation to diet, this book has it all. I recommend this book due to the sprinting suggestion. Practicing sprints is one of the things that really enlivened me. Highly recommend this book!

I believe men as well as women will benefit from reading this book. The information inside this book is very eye opening. I've learned so much. I'm definitely going to start implementing alot more of the tips contained in this book. For many years I've struggled with low energy, low libido and weight gain. Its only been a little over a week now and I'm definitely already seeing results in my mood and energy as well as some weight loss. This book covers and explains the reasons why you need healthy levels of testosterone, it covers the main testosterone killers as well as powerful testosterone boosters and much more.
