By Steve Anti-inflammatory diet is one of the diet forms which can be followed by both those who have health problems and those who are healthy. I am interested in this diet form just because that I don't want to starve for the sake of diet, but, I want to eat delicious foods. Author has explained everything about anti-inflammatory diet in this book with a detailed description of its benefits to health. The recipes at the end of the book are also fantastic! New taste, but very delicious!

Makes a person stop and think about what they are eating and the resulting consequences. I plan on preparing and sharing these recipes with my sister who has bad inflammation in her joints. Think she’ll be pleased.

Then it dives right into an extensive description of anti inflammatory foods. And then my favourite section...the yummy recipes! and trust me..they are delicious! Overall great book! Highly recommmend it!
